Forwards Attack Drill

This training video was recorded at an East Block session, with Lu running an exercise which was theory-crafted by Travis Norsen.
The Forwards Attack Drill encourages players to (1) use an offensive overload to set up a power position, (2) time a downfield move to receive a pass in flow, and (3) follow the throw to receive a return pass and keep the flow going. The exercise is a continuous mini-game with 5 active players, and at the end of the video we see East Block running similar moves in matches at EUCF and Windmill.
