How to Poach Indoors

In this video Noah talks through the nuances of poaching in indoor ultimate while reviewing a point from the bronze match at the Euro Indoor Championships 2024.

Poaching happens more frequently and differently than in outdoor ultimate. We initially made this for the university teams Noah is coaching indoors (who used the knowledge to win Indoor Regionals). We hope you can use this as a tool for the indoor ultimate season.
