How to Poach in Indoor Ultimate
Patron-only video (any tier): Noah talks through the nuances of poaching in indoor ultimate – “Poaching occurs more frequently and differently compared to outdoor ultimate. I initially made this content to share with the university teams I’m coaching indoor ultimate to – specifically I wanted more people to understand the threat of players occupying or cutting towards the endzone, and show how high level indoor players recognise these threats and give up easier options to protect easy scores.”
