Perfecting the Throw’n’Go – Hive x TobuFitness

In an exciting collaboration between TobuFitness and Hive, this video shows examples of the throw’n’go being used to great effect in high level ultimate games, and Felix talks through the advantages which can be gained by accelerating out of your throws, including unlocking dribbling.

In the TobuFitness video, Justin talks about hip mobility, using hip internal rotation and the hip hinge to load the glutes, torso rotation, using gravity, to get low and accelerate forwards out of your throw.
